We are looking for three amazing leaders to join our permanent team. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or an energetic newcomer, we have a place for you:

• Room Leaders: Lead with heart and vision. Earn between $73,078 – $75,417 per year while shaping a brand-new classroom culture.
• Diploma Educators: Bring your expertise to our vibrant spaces. Packages range from $69,692 – $75,417 per year.
• Certificate III Educators: Start or grow your journey in a premier setting. Packages range from $53,865 – $65,916 per year.

The Role: Where Quality Meets Creativity

You will deliver high-quality early childhood education and care, guided by evidence-informed, contemporary pedagogy and practice.

You’ll be the architect of a learning environment that is strictly aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS), the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (EYLF), and National Education and Care Law and Regulations. You’ll have the best tools and the most modern resources to make "best practice" feel like a breeze!
